Who We Are

Alex Carter – Owner/Operator

Carter Clean, LLC was started by owner/operator Alex Carter in Johnson City, Tennessee. With a degree in business, Alex quickly set out to start his own cleaning service, shortly after college. Meeting deadlines, exceeding customer satisfaction and a strong work ethic are all part of the Carter Clean way. With quick company growth, Carter Clean has expanded into all parts of East Tennessee.

Alex is an avid golfer, playing in several tournaments year round. He enjoys attending Tennessee Vols football & basketball games with his wife Lauren. 

Lauren Carter – Marketing & Finance

With a degree in travel marketing and motorsports management, Lauren holds ten years of experience in hospitality management. She has a keen attention to detail and outstanding customer service, all essential in making sure each customer is happy.

Lauren enjoys cooking, traveling and spending time with her husband Alex and their dog Sophie. She loves attending country concerts, especially Eric Church and Thomas Rhett shows!

Eric Guy – Operations Manager

Bringing 9 years of business management to the team, Eric started his career as a computer technician before transitioning into a business owner. With a stellar background in the cleaning industry, Eric is a dream fit to the Carter Clean team!

Eric enjoys golfing, bass fishing, and hiking with his wife Samantha. He too, is a BIG fan of the University of Tennessee sporting events.
